Cass County ESD 3 was established in 2019 formly known as Bloomburg Volunteer Fire Department.  The number one objectitive of CCESD 3 is to provide better fire protection for the areas we serve and to protect lives and property.  CCESD 3 directly serves the towns and communities of Bloomburg, Smyrna, Salm, New Hope, Ravanna, Alamance, and Three States.  We also serve as a Mutual Aid department to many other areas in Cass County TX, Miller County AR, and Caddo Parish LA.  Currently we are serving our citiziens with two stations.  Station 1 is located on main street in Bloomburg Tx and Station 2 is located on Tx Hwy 77 East in the Smyra community both stations are equipped with an Engine, Tanker, and a Brush Truck.  We currently have approx. 20 members volunteering thier time to not only run on emergency calls but to gain the proper training to provide our citiziens with the best trained personel possible.
